Whole genome sequencing of Chr3x3 derived brefeldin A adpators in Candida albicans

ABSTRACT: In Candida albicans, SC5314 is the wild type strain. FY1398 is Chr3 trisomy strain derived from SC5314. In this study, approximately 1 million cells of FY1398 were spread on YPD plate supplemented with 128 ug/ml brefeldin A. Randomly 18 adpators (LH40-LH57) were chosen. These adaptors were sequenced.
