ABSTRACT: To test the impact of nonsense-mediated decay (NMD) on BCR/TCR RNA sequences, we treated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) with cycloheximide to block NMD and analyzed treated and untreated cells by scRNA-seq with scVDJ-seq.
