ABSTRACT: We investigated transcriptional changes in wounds of wild-type and transgenic mice with either a lack or an overabundance of skin lymphatic vessels. Further, we investigated transcriptional changes in diabetic wounds of db/db mice treated with either F8-SIP or F8-VEGF-C.
