Transcription profiling of flounders (Platichthys flesus) exposed to polybrominated diphenyl ethers (pentamix)

ABSTRACT: A Platichthys flesus cDNA microarray (GENIPOL) comprised of 12,700 clones, was used to determine and characterize gene expression profiles of flounders (Platichthys flesus) exposed to polybrominated diphenyl ethers (pentamix).
