Whole genome sequencing of fluconazole-resistant mutants in Candida haemulonii

ABSTRACT: Candida haemulonii wild type strain TJ180 were expsoured to 64 and 128 μg/ml fluconazole. 14 resistant mutants as well as the parent were sequenced.
