Gene expression analysis of human RNA samples using Affymetrix GeneChip® Human Gene ST 2.0 Arrays

ABSTRACT: In the present study, genome-wide expression profiling was carried out to analyze gene expression in RNA from 15 human cryotome samples. For this purpose, Affymetrix GeneChip® Human Gene ST 2.0 Arrays were used in combination with random priming and a one-color based hybridization protocol. Microarray signals were detected using the Affymetrix GeneChip® 3000 Scanner.
