Whole genome sequencing of papillary colonies on YPD plate supplemented with tebuconazole in Candida albicans

ABSTRACT: Candida albicans lab strain SC5314 was spotted on YPD plates supplemented with 0.25-16 μg/ml tebuconazole. Randomly at least 4 papillary colonies from each plate were sequenced.
