Transcriptome analysis of BeWo cells WT and knocked out for the STOX1 transcription factor, with and without forskolin treatment


ABSTRACT: STOX1 is a major factor in genetic forms of preeclampsia. In BeWo trophoblast cells, that are interesting model of human villous trophoblasts since they are able to fuse (as primary trophoblasts) under forskloin treatment (20µM) during 3 days.
