Gene expressions in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells

ABSTRACT: PBMCs were isolated from normal CKD patient, end-stage renal disease patients without HF (ESRD), ESRD patients with HFpEF, and heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). The difference expression genes (DEGs) in PBMCs among different groups were compared using microarray.
