Differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into adipocytes.

ABSTRACT: Differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into adipocytes was studied. Control (undifferentiated) stem cells were compared to induced (3 days of induction) cells. In addition, two RNA fractions are studied: RNA associated to polysomes and total RNA.
