<h4>Purpose</h4>To identify mediators of glioblastoma antiangiogenic therapy resistance and target these mediators in xenografts.<h4>Experimental design</h4>We conducted microarray analysis comparing bevacizumab-resistant glioblastomas (BRG) with pretreatment tumors from the same patients.
