ABSTRACT: A dose response and human cell line comparison of transcriptional responses following treatment with the chemical compound Sodium-2-hydroxyethane sulfonate. Gene expression changes were used to estimate the POD - minimum effect concentration when a biological perturbation as estimated by gene expression changes could be identified.
