Pig transciptome IRI vs control

ABSTRACT: Acute kidney injury (AKI) is of high prevalence and mortality. However, no effective therapy has been developed yet. To develop a therapeutic strategy for AKI, the pathophysiology must be unraveled. To this end, we describe transcriptomic changes in porcine kidneys with ischemia reperfusion injury, as a model of acute kidney injury, after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
