Single-cell RNA sequencing of MAIT cells from young and aged mice

ABSTRACT: In this study, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) on MAIT cells extracted from the intestines of young and aged mice. For each age group, MAIT cells from five individual mice were pooled before sequencing.
