Comparative epigenomic analysis of JUN, H3K27ac, H3K4me3 and H3K4me2 in primary aortic endothelial cells


ABSTRACT: This accession ID containes ChIP-seq data for JUN, H3K27ac, H3K4me3 and H3K4me2 in primary aortic endothelial cells. This data will be used for: 1) A phylogenetic framework for comparative analysis of chromatin state in mammalian species.
