ChIP-seq of human 293T cells expressing an HA-tagged SCAN zinc-finger protein


ABSTRACT: To determine the binding sites of human SCAN zinc-finger proteins (SZFPs), 293T cells transduced to express an HA-tagged SZFP in a doxycycline-inducible manner were cultured in 1 µg/ml doxycycline for 72h and were used for ChIP-seq library preparation.
