Transcriptome analysis of compound-treated cells

ABSTRACT: Huh7.5.1 cells were incubated for 48 h with LY-411575, JNJ-1802, NITD-688, and NITD-008 at their respective EC90 concentrations against DENV: 10 nM, 0.1 nM, 7 nM, and 1.3 μM. Cells treated with DMSO served as controls. Three replicates for each treatment.Total RNA was extracted using the RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen, #74106). Library preparation, mRNA sequencing and data analysis were conducted by Novogene on the Illumina NovaSeq platforms.
