TP63 attenuates EMT potential in an experimental prostate cell model

ABSTRACT: In this experiment we investigated the role of p63 and ZEB1 trancription factors in epithelial to mesenchymal transition, in a human prostate cell culture. The influence of TFs was studied by a gain and loss of function approach.
