ABSTRACT: We derived primary, epithelial-enriched organoids from 120 PCD human fetal lung, specifically from trachea, bronchus, non-cartilaginous airway, and distal airway. These positional airway organoids were grown in FANY airway media for the duration of 2 passages before collection for single-nucleus RNA sequencing (n = 1 biological replicate).
