Single-cell RNA-seq analysis of embryonic AGM+VU from Runx1 enhancer-reporter transgenic mice


ABSTRACT: During embryonic development, haematopoietic stem and progenitor cells originate from haemogenic endothelium (HE) via an endothelial-to-haematopoietic transition (EHT), which is dependent on the transcription factor Runx1. Here, we transcriptionally profiled embryonic cells isolated from two Runx1 enhancer-reporter transgenic mouse models (23GFP tg and 110GFP tg mice) that mark distinct subsets of Runx1-expressing cells in the developing embryo.
