MON810 vs Isogenic 20DAP embryos by MA

ABSTRACT: The experiment is a transcriptomic comparison of two varieties of maize, one is a commercial transgenic variety (DKC6575 which harbors the MON810 transgene), and the other is the near-isogenic conventional variety (Tietar). The tissue that we have compared is the embryo at developmental stage of 20 days after pollination.
