Bulk RNA-seq of murine γδT17 cells isolated from the lamina propria of wild-type mice at day 0 and day 7


ABSTRACT: This experiment was designed to gain mechanistic insight into the molecular changes underlying the differentiation of intestinal γδT17 cells during neonatal life. For this purpose, we sorted intestinal RORγt⁺ γδ T cells from day 0 and day 7 RORγtGFP+ mice and performed bulk RNA-seq.
