Whole genome sequencing of tunicamycin selected mutants in Candida auris

ABSTRACT: Candida auris clade 3 strain B12037 was exposed to 4 μg/mL tunicamycin. The mutants, TJ101 (#10), TJ107 (#16) and TJ110 (#19), as well as the parent were sequenced.
