Transcriptome analysis of Candida albicans treated with auranofin

ABSTRACT: Candida albicans lab strain SC5314 was grown in YPD broth at 30C°C from OD=66=0.1 till 1.0. The culture was divided into two batches. One batch was treated with 16 μg/mL auranofin. The other batch was treated with the same volume of vehicle (DMSO). After three hours, cells were harvested for RNA-Seq.
