Project description:Candida albicans lab strain SC5314 was spotted on YPD plates supplemented with 0.25-16 μg/ml tebuconazole. Randomly at least 4 papillary colonies from each plate were sequenced.
Project description:From C. albicans reference strain SC5314, CDR1, CDR2, MDR1, CMP1, CNB1, CRZ1 were deleted. The deletion strains were spread on YPD plates supplemented with tebuconazole. Randomly 4 adaptors derived from each deletion strain were sequenced.
Project description:Two tebuconazole adaptors, TJ1503 and TJ1669, were unstable. On YPD-agar plates, they gave rise to small (S) and large (L) colonies. We sequenced both types of colonies. TJ1503S and TJ1669S were the S colonies. TJ1503L and TJ1669L were the large colonies.
Project description:Candida haemulonii wild type strain TJ180 were expsoured to 64 and 128 μg/ml fluconazole. 14 resistant mutants as well as the parent were sequenced.
Project description:Lodderomyces elongisporus strain LE750 was exposed to a combination of Hsp90 inhibitor or calcineurin inhibitor+fluconazole. Four resistant mutants were sequenced.
Project description:Candida albicans lab strain SC5314 was grown in YPD broth at 30C°C from OD=66=0.1 till 1.0. The culture was divided into two batches. One batch was treated with 16 μg/mL auranofin. The other batch was treated with the same volume of vehicle (DMSO). After three hours, cells were harvested for RNA-Seq.
Project description:Lodderomyces elongisporus strain LE750 was exposed to high amount of fluconazole. Five tolerant mutants, as well as the parent, were sequenced.
Project description:One Lodderomyces elongisporus strain exhibited small and large colonies when growing on YPD-agar plate. 3 small and 3 large colonies were randomly chosen for sequencing.
