RNA-seq of wild-type and Epas1 enhancer 5 (mm10 chr17: 86,801,737-86,802,738) knockout mouse mature adipocytes in normoxia and hypoxia and treated/untreated with CL 316243 β3-adrenoceptor agonist (thermogenesis inducer)

ABSTRACT: Epas1 Enhancer 5 [mm10 chr17: 86,801,737-86,802,738] (PMID: 36417539) was deleted in C57BL/6J mice and mature adipocytes differentiated from subcutaneous fat pads were kept in hypoxia (1% O2) and normoxia and treated with the CL 316243 β3-adrenoceptor agonist to induce thermogenesis. mRNA was collected for assessment of changes of gene expression between the two genotypes in all conditions.
