RNA-seq of human THP-derived macrophages stimulated with neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs)

ABSTRACT: To investigate the effects of neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) on human THP-1-derived macrophages, cells were left untreated or stimulated for 4 h with NETs, either alone or in combination with the TLR4 inhibitor CLI-095 (5 µM). Each condition included three independent biological replicates.
