Longitudinal single-cell RNA sequencing of human intestinal biopsies from a patient with ulcerative colitis treated with CD19-directed CAR T cells

ABSTRACT: This experiment analyzed longitudinal intestinal biopsies from the colon of a patient with ulcerative colitis receiving CD19-directed CAR T cell therapy. Three samples were taken before the treatment and six samples were taken after the treatment. The biopsies include a mix of intestinal cells, including adaptive and innate immune cells, epithelial cells, and connective tissue cells.
