Transcriptional profiling of hepatic stellate cells transfected with COUP-TFII

ABSTRACT: In order to identify novel transcription target genes of COUP-TFII that could account for the fibrogenic phenotype of human hepatic stellate cells (HSCs), we carried out an exploratory microarray analysis with mRNA extracted from cultured HSC transfected with COUP-TFII wt or control plasmid.
