Transcription profiling by array of chronic type and acute type adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma to detect the disease genes

ABSTRACT: Comprehensive gene expression profiles of thirteen samples of chronic type ATL and twenty one samples of acute type ATL were analyzed to detect tumor-specific genes. We studied a total of 34 adult T-cell leuekmia/lymphoma cases, whose samples and clinical data were available.
