ABSTRACT: Ctbp2 regulates exit from pluripotency via silencing of embryonic stem cell active genes during differentiation. Gene expression profiles were analyzed for wild-type and Ctbp2-knockdown ESCs at both fferentiated(+LIF) and undifferentiated(-LIF) state.
