CbrA virulence


ABSTRACT: In this experiment, we investigated how CbrA contributed to the expression of P. aeruginosa virulence factors in vivo using microarrays. Two independent microarray analyses were performed to identify the global gene expression of the cbrA mutant in comparison to PA14 wild type strain during D. discoideum infection.
