Genome-wide analysis of microdissected rat oxyntic proliferative zone reveals ASPM as a new putative stem/progenitor cell marker expressed in gastric cancer

ABSTRACT: Genome-wide gene expression of the gastric oxyntic proliferative zone of normal Sprague-Dawley rats compared to the remaining mucosa. Samples were isolated by use of Ki67-stained serial section navigated laser microdissection.
