Transcriptional changes in Escherichia coli during a shift from fermentation to Trimethylamine-N-oxide (TMAO) respiration


ABSTRACT: Gene-expression measurements were made over a 24 h time course as fermentative steady state E. coli cells were subjected to a shift to TMAO respiration.
