Transcriptional response upon deletion of parB in Streptococcus pneumoniae D39

ABSTRACT: The aim of the microarray experiment was to unravel the difference in gene expression between Strepcoccus pneumoniae wild-type and a strain in which parB is deleted. Two biological replicates and a dye-swap was included. The slide configuration also contained 3 replicate spots for each gene. This makes a total of 3 slides with 3 replicate spots per slide.
