Transcription profiling by array of human gastro-intestinal stromal tumors to validate prognostic signature

ABSTRACT: We recently established a 67 genes-expression prognostic signature related to genome complexity in sarcomas. We validated this signature in 60 GISTs, determining patient prognosis.
