ABSTRACT: The toxicity and potential associated molecular mechanism of a reference cigarette, 3R4F and a prototypic modified risk tobacco products ((p)MRTP) were investigated with human bronchial epithelial cells using high-throughput screening and whole transcriptomics analysis.
