DNA methyation profiles of human blood cells

ABSTRACT: n this study, we performed genome-wide DNA methylation and transcriptome profiling of young obese individuals with controls (n = 6 and 6, respectively) to examine whether the DNA methylation or gene expression changes of peripheral blood cells may distinguish the individuals affected or not.
