Gene Expression Profiling of Subcutaneous Adipose Tissue in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and Healthy Controls.

ABSTRACT: Subcutaneous adipose tissue was collected from 23 PCOS cases and 13 healthy controls, and snap frozen in LN2 at collection. DNA and RNA was extracted and stored. Gene expression arrays were run in all samples.
