Transcriptome profiling of Sinorhizobium meliloti GR4fadD mutant versus GR4fadD525 double mutant

ABSTRACT: With this transcriptome we want to know differentially expressed genes in a double mutant GR4fadD525 (affected in fadD gene and smc00525, gene of unknown function) compared to GR4fadD under more permissive conditions for surface spreading (MM 0.6% Noble agar).
