Characterisation of peripheral blood mononuclear cell microRNA in Early Onset Psoriatic Arthritis

ABSTRACT: The expression of 723 mature miRNAs in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with early, active psoriatic arthritis ,early-rheumatoid arthritis (ERA) (both groups treatment naïve) and of healthy controls (HC) was analysed using a miRNA microarray.
