ABSTRACT: Exon array analysis was performed using retinae from three transgenic mouse models, coneless (cl), rodless (rd/rd) and rodless/coneless (rd/rd cl) compared to wildtype (non-rd) allowing gene expression in the rod and cone photoreceptors to be examined.
