Affy_Human plasma_aged mice


ABSTRACT: Aged NSG mice treated with different groups of human plasma were sacrificed at the indicated time and hippocampi were dissected from brain tissue for analysis by whole genome microarray. Human plasma groups included cord, young, and elderly plasma with PBS (vehicle) as control. In light of recent studies showing that young mouse plasma can alter aging of aged brain and other tissue, we sought to assess whether there was revitalizing activity present within human plasma of different ages.
