Gene expression profiling in cholangiocarcinoma cell line Mz-ChA-1 cells that overexpressing Period 1

ABSTRACT: This study aims to investigate the role of core clock gene period 1 (Per1) in cholangiocarcinoma. We stably overexpressed Per1 in Mz-ChA-1 (cholangiocarcinoma cell line) and performed human gene expression profiling.
