EphA3 is a novel molecular target in Multiple Myeloma
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: EphA3-mRNA silencing significantly inhibited the ability of MM PCs to adhere to fibronectin, to stromal cells and to invade in vitro, without affecting proliferation or viability. Gene expression profiling showed that knockdown of EphA3 modulated some molecules that regulate adhesion, migration and invasion process.
