DNA methylation profiling reveals the presence of population-specific signatures correlating with phenotypic characteristics

ABSTRACT: DNA methylation of 10 samples each of Indo-European Dravidian ethnicity living in India has been assayed using Infinium HumanMethylation450 BeadChip. The data was used for assessing the epigentic affinity of Indian population with other global population.
