Analysis of post-transcriptional RNA modifications in Caenorhabditis elegans under stress

ABSTRACT: Syncronised population of L1 animals were grown until young adult stage. For heat stress, animals were heat-shocked at 37 for 4hrs with food. For starvation experiments, young adult stage animals were plated on either food plates for control or on empty plates for starvation at 20 for 4hrs.
