RNA-seq of Brachypodium distachyon culms from control and BdBAHD01 RNAi plants

ABSTRACT: Transcriptome analysis of two independent transgenic lines expressing a construct designed to suppress BdBAHD01. Analysis is intended to quantify suppression, check for off-target effects and look for pleiotropic effects.
