Global gene expression analysis of OsmiRNA156 over expression switchgrass lines

ABSTRACT: Microarray analysis was performed to determine downstream gene expression effects of miR156 overexpression. Three tillers were collected from each plot, resulting in four biological replicates for each of the four transgenic and ‘Alamo’ nontransgenic control lines.
