ABSTRACT: Tomato-traced single cells from the interfollicular epidermis including the touch dome (Gli1-Tomato+/Sca1+) and the hair follicle (Gli1-Tomato+/Sca1-) were FACS-sorted, randomly sequenced and clustered into epidermal (sub-)populations.
